Mitarbeiter/in Logendienst (w/m/d)

In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben im Tagesdienst (Arbeit täglich zu Bürozeiten) und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Sicherheit und Ordnung. Sie sorgen dafür, dass sämtliche Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie interne Regelungen konsequent eingehalten werden. Mit Ihrem professionellen Auftreten und Ihrem Engagement unterstützen Sie unser Team zuverlässig im täglichen Einsatz.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Überwachen der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsbestimmungen unserer Kunden
  • Zutrittskontrollen und Bewachung
  • Elektronische Rapportierung
  • Patrouillendienste
  • Deeskalation bei Konflikten
  • Vermittlung und Aufbau eines Sicherheitsgefühls für Kunden und deren Gäste
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine freundliche und aufgeschlossene Kommunikation aus und zeigen Verständnis sowie Respekt für kulturelle und religiöse Eigenheiten.

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung im Logendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Einwandfreier Leumund (zwingend aktueller Strafregisterauszug, der Bewerbung beilegen)
  • Schweizer Staatsangehörigkeit oder gültige Aufenthaltsbewilligung (B/C/S)
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B, eigenes Fahrzeug von Vorteil

  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie selbstständige und flexible Arbeitsweise
