Description du poste ##

 Votre partenaire pour l-emploi recrute pour le compte de l-un de ses clients, un lieu de vie et de rencontre unique en Suisse, reconnu pour la qualité de ses infrastructures et ses prestations haut de gamme, un logisticien confirmé et polyvalent à 100 % pour renforcer son département Facility Management.

Vos missions ###

En collaboration étroite avec le Responsable de la Logistique, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement des opérations logistiques et contribuez à la qualité des prestations du département.

  • Assurer la gestion des flux entrants et sortants de marchandises et de matériel.
  • Préparer les commandes, charger et transporter le matériel à l-aide d-un camion.
  • Organiser et optimiser le stockage afin de garantir la disponibilité du matériel et de limiter les pertes.
  • Assurer le suivi informatisé des stocks et veiller à la fiabilité des données.
  • Participer aux inventaires périodiques et au contrôle du matériel.
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients internes et assurer un suivi rigoureux de leurs besoins.
  • Apporter un soutien opérationnel aux différentes activités du département, en faisant preuve de polyvalence et de réactivité.

Exigences ##

Votre profil ###

  • Titulaire d-un CFC de logisticien ou d-une formation jugée équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée d-au moins 5 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement exigeant et haut de gamme.
  • Permis de conduire valable, avec maîtrise de la boîte manuelle.
  • Permis cariste indispensable.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et de Microsoft Office.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, à l-oral comme à l-écrit.
  • Personne autonome, organisée et responsable, capable de gérer les priorités efficacement.
  • Esprit d-équipe, sens du service et aisance dans les échanges avec différents interlocuteurs.
  • Grande polyvalence, discrétion et capacité d-adaptation.
