Einleitung

Du führst Menschen gern klar und wertschätzend, denkst in sauberen Prozessen und sorgst dafür, dass Materialflüsse zuverlässig funktionieren? Für unseren Kunden suchen wir dich als Logistikleiter/in. Du verantwortest Wareneingang, Lager, Kommissionierung, Versand und Transport - mit Fokus auf Qualität, Termine, Kosten und Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden.

Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Logistikteams
  • Planen und Steuern der Materialflüsse inkl. interner Versorgung
  • Bestände verantworten: Zielbestände und Reichweiten festlegen, Inventuren durchführen, Differenzen klären
  • Kennzahlen führen: Liefertermintreue, Durchlaufzeiten, Lagerumschlag, Produktivität; Abweichungen analysieren und Massnahmen umsetzen
  • Spedition & Transport: Fracht buchen/optimieren, Touren planen, Schnittstelle zu Spediteuren; Service-Niveau sicherstellen
  • Qualität & Sicherheit: Arbeitssicherheit und Qualität im Alltag verankern; Gefahrgut-Grundlagen berücksichtigen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistiker/in EFZ; Weiterbildung als Logistikfachmann/-frau mit eidg. FA oder vergleichbar von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Lager/Versand/Intralogistik eines Industrieunternehmens
  • Kompetent in Bestandssteuerung, Materialfluss, 5S/Lean und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • Sicher im Umgang mit ERP/WMS und Handscannern; hohe Daten- und Prozesssorgfalt
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
