 In unserer Klinik in Baden-Dättwil, bieten wir Überwachungsrehabilitation und neurologische Rehabilitation auf hohem medizinischem Niveau. Deswegen suchen dich als

 

Logopädin / Logopäde 80 %

 

 

Was macht die Stelle besonders

  • Patientenorientierte Therapie: Du therapierst unsere Patientinnen und Patienten über mehrere Wochen und begleitest sie auf dem Weg zurück in ein selbstständiges Leben. Dabei baust du eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung auf und erlebst hautnah, wie sie Fortschritte machen und ihre Ziele erreichen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Therapie, Pflege und ärztlicher Dienst arbeiten Hand in Hand. Deine Expertise fliesst aktiv in den Austausch ein und trägt massgeblich zur erfolgreichen Rehabilitation bei
  • Vielfältige Krankengeschichten: Jeder Patient bringt eine individuelle Krankheitsgeschichte mit. Diese Vielfalt macht deinen Arbeitsalltag abwechslungsreich und spannend, während du unterschiedliche Diagnosen und Behandlungsansätze kennenlernst
  • Logopädie: Du diagnostizierst und therapierst stationäre Patienten mit Sprach-, Sprech-, Stimm- und/oder Schluckstörungen in Einzel- oder Gruppentherapien. Dabei berätst und motivierst die Patienten zum Eigentraining und bist Ansprechperson für die Angehörigen.

 

 

Das bringst Du mit

  • Ausbildung: Du bist ausgebildeter Logopäde/ ausgebildete Logopädin mit EDK Anerkennung (falls nicht vorhanden unterstützen wir dich bei der Einholung)
  • Erfahrung: Von Vorteil hast Du bereits Erfahrung in der rehabilitativen Therapie und Dysphagie oder Trachealkanülenmanagement
  • Persönlichkeit: Du verfügst über ein hohes Einfühlungsvermögen
