Vous êtes passionné par la mécanique et appréciez également le contact avec la clientèle ? Nous recherchons un professionnel polyvalent capable d'assurer principalement les travaux d'atelier tout en prenant en charge, selon les besoins, une partie du service après-vente

Mécanicien d'atelier/Responsable SAV 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Réaliser l'entretien, les réparations et les diagnostics sur les équipements et véhicules
  • Effectuer les contrôles techniques et les tests de bon fonctionnement
  • Préparer et mettre en service le matériel neuf ou réparé
  • Assurer la gestion des demandes SAV et le suivi des interventions
  • Conseiller les clients sur les réparations, garanties et solutions techniques
  • Coordonner les commandes de pièces et le suivi des dossiers SAV
  • Participer à l'organisation de l'atelier et au maintien d'un environnement de travail optimal

Profil

  • CFC de mécanicien, mécatronicien ou formation technique équivalente
  • Expérience en atelier mécanique, idéalement complétée par des compétences en SAV
  • Aisance dans les échanges avec les clients et sens du service
  • Personne autonome, organisée et orientée solutions
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B
