Vous êtes peut-être notre futur Mécanicien Maintenance Moule. 

Le poste est situé sur le site de Sonceboz-Sombeval (canton de Bienne). 

Votre mission ###

Au sein de l-équipe Maintenance Outillages, vous intervenez sur des moules d-injection allant d-environ 200 kg à 1 tonne, mono ou multi-empreintes.

Votre quotidien consiste notamment à :

  • Réaliser la maintenance préventive des moules à leur sortie de production : démontage, contrôle, nettoyage, vérification des différents composants et remontage
  • Préparer et contrôler les outillages avant leur remise en production afin de garantir leur bon fonctionnement
  • Diagnostiquer les défaillances et réaliser les interventions de maintenance curative, notamment en cas de casse ou d'arrêt nécessitant une intervention rapide ;
  • Effectuer les opérations d-ajustage, de rectification et d-usinage traditionnel nécessaires à la remise en état des outillages
  • Intervenir sur les différents équipements intégrés aux moules : canaux chauds, systèmes hydrauliques et pneumatiques, capteurs de pression-
  • Réaliser des contrôles dimensionnels de grande précision à l'aide des moyens de mesure adaptés : pied à coulisse, micromètre, rétroprojecteur...
  • Lire et exploiter des plans techniques 2D et 3D
  • Identifier et proposer des améliorations techniques sur les outillages afin d'améliorer leur fiabilité et leur performance
  • Renseigner les interventions dans la GMAO et assurer un reporting clair auprès du Responsable Maintenance
  • Garantir une bonne transmission des informations entre les équipes et avec les ateliers de production.

Vos compétences ###

Vous maîtrisez: 

  • la mécanique de précision et l-ajustage
  • l-usinage traditionnel
  • la rectification plane et cylindrique et idéalement le travail sur tour conventionnel
  • la lecture de plans et les tolérances dimensionnelles pouvant aller sous le centième
  • les moyens de contrôle et de mesure traditionnels.

Des connaissances en électricité, hydraulique et pneumatique seront également appréciées.

Au-delà de votre expertise technique, nous recherchons une personne rigoureuse, méthodique et autonome.

La maintenance de moules exige une grande attention : composants très similaires, nombreuses empreintes, pièces de précision et équipements fragiles. Vous savez donc organiser méthodiquement vos démontages et remontages et travailler avec minutie, y compris sur des opérations réalisées sous binoculaire.

Vous aimez également rechercher l'origine d'un problème et ne vous contentez pas de remettre un équipement en état : vous êtes capable de proposer des améliorations permettant de fiabiliser durablement l'outillage.

Votre parcours ###

Vous disposez idéalement d-une formation technique de type Baccalauréat professionnel Outilleur, Technicien Outilleur ou équivalent, et d-une expérience significative dans la maintenance ou la fabrication d-outillages.

Une expérience d-environ 5 ans ou plus dans un environnement de moulage par injection plastique, fabrication de moules, mécanique de précision ou outillage industriel constitue un réel atout.
