Description du poste

  • Vous êtes responsable du suivi et du développement des clients stratégiquement importants
  • Vous représentez l'entreprise à l’extérieur, développez des relations durables et veillez à ce que les clients soient parfaitement conseillés et accompagnés
  • Conseil et suivi autonomes des grands clients industriels et artisanaux existants, ainsi que prospection de nouveaux clients
  • Identification des besoins clients et développement de solutions sur mesure issues de notre portefeuille de produits
  • Organisation et réalisation de visites clients, de présentations ainsi que de formations produits
  • Responsabilité de l’atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d’affaires sur le secteur attribué
  • Collaboration étroite avec l’équipe commerciale, la gestion de produits et le service technique
  • Participation à des salons et manifestations professionnelles pour renforcer la marque
  • Établissement d’offres, négociations et conclusion de contrat
  • Reporting régulier à la direction commerciale

Profil recherché

  • Vous avez un excellent sens de la communication, vous êtes orienté client et possédez un fort instinct commercial
  • Formation professionnelle achevée (commerciale ou technique)
  • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans la vente, idéalement en environnement B2B
  • Une formation complémentaire dans le domaine de la vente/du marketing, commercial technique, économie d’entreprise (ES) ou équivalent est souhaitable
  • Solides compétences pratiques dans les systèmes ERP/CRM ainsi que les outils MS Office courants
  • Expérience avérée dans le suivi de comptes clés (key accounts)
  • Des connaissances dans les secteurs connexes tels que le traitement de surfaces, la construction mécanique, la chimie ou la métallurgie = atout
  • Très bonnes compétences en allemand
  • Force de communication et de négociation
  • Bonne compréhension technique et enthousiasme pour les produits durables
  • Disponibilité à voyager dans la région de Suisse romande
