Pour notre équipe de production, nous recherchons notre futur/e :

Mécanicien outilleur (F/H/X) à 100% =====================================

Lieu de travail :Bienne

Vos responsabilités

  • Préparer les outils et l'équipement de production pour nos départements de décolletage et de rectification
  • Gérer le stock d'outillage, gestion électronique « Toolbox »
  • GMAO, distribution et suivi des ordres de maintenance
  • Collaborer avec le département des Achats pour réaliser des demandes d'offres
  • Tenir un inventaire précis des outils en contrôlant les entrées et les sorties
  • Concevoir et fabriquer de nouveaux outils de production, tels que des blocs de chargement centerless ou des posages
  • Travaux de mécanique conventionnelle
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue, assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements, et garantir le respect des normes de sécurité et des recommandations des fabricants

Votre profil

  • Titulaire d’un CFC en mécanique, micromécanique ou une formation jugée équivalente. Une expérience de minimum 3ans serait un plus
  • Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances dans le domaine des outils de coupe et des technologies d’usinage
  • Vous disposez de connaissances en électricité, pneumatique et hydraulique
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec la lecture du plans, schémas et notices techniques
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils de base de la suite Office
  • Des connaissances sur SAP sont un atout
  • Vous faites preuve de minutie, de précision et d'autonomie
  • Votre esprit d'équipe est fort, et vous possédez des compétences solides en organisation
  • Vous êtes reconnu pour votre responsabilité, disponibilité et polyvalence
