La force du groupe est sa capacité à réaliser toutes les étapes clés de fabrication en interne, des matières premières aux montres mécaniques et électroniques finalisées (intégration verticale).

En tant que laboratoire de recherche central du groupe, notre mission consiste à développer des produits, sous-systèmes et composants horlogers techniquement novateurs de même que les technologies de fabrication indispensables à leur production. Cet objectif est atteint grâce à des activités de R&D internes dans divers domaines et la collaboration avec des universités et des instituts de recherche externes.

Pour notre division CDNP, nous recherchons un(e) Mécanicien(ne)-Prototypiste afin de soutenir l-ensemble des divisions de The Swatch Group Research and Development Ltd.

Job description ##

  • Programmation CNC selon les plans techniques et les instructions de production
  • Usinage de composants d-habillage horloger (boîtes, bracelets, éléments microtechniques) en pièces unitaires ou petites séries
  • Conception et fabrication d-outillages nécessaires à la réalisation de prototypes
  • Support technique au développement
  • Garantie de la conformité dimensionnelle et esthétique des pièces selon les plans et exigences de finition
  • Intervention sur tout type de matériaux, y compris les métaux précieux
  • Maintenance de premier niveau du parc machines et maintien d-un poste de travail propre
  • Maîtrise de l-environnement Windows souhaitée
  • Travail en milieu confidentiel (développement de prototypes)

Profile ##

  • CFC de micromécanicien(ne) ou de polymécanicien(ne), ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée en programmation CNC (la maîtrise de GibbsCAM constitue un atout), ainsi qu-en mise en train de machines CNC de tournage et de fraisage
  • Bonnes connaissances des produits horlogers, notamment dans le domaine de l-habillage
