The posting

Au sein de notre département de production, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le contrôle et la validation des moteurs à combustion. Grâce à votre expertise technique, vous assurez le bon déroulement des essais et contribuez directement à la qualité des produits livrés.

Responsabilités

  • Réaliser et superviser les essais de moteurs à combustion sur bancs d'essai.
  • Analyser les résultats, identifier les dysfonctionnements et effectuer les diagnostics de manière autonome.
  • Procéder aux réparations et ajustements nécessaires directement sur les équipements testés.
  • Garantir la conformité des produits selon les exigences de qualité en vigueur.
  • Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour des documents de production et de qualité (indicateurs, relevés de contrôle, rapports de suivi, etc.).
  • Participer activement à l'entretien et à la maintenance de premier niveau des équipements de travail.
  • Veiller à la bonne organisation de votre poste de travail en respectant les standards 5S et les règles de sécurité.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de test et de production.

Profil

  • Titulaire d'un CFC de mécanicien automobile, mécatronicien ou d'une formation jugée équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée dans le diagnostic et l'analyse de moteurs à combustion.
  • Bonne maîtrise du français ; des connaissances en allemand et/ou en anglais constituent un avantage.
  • Connaissances d'un système MES ; une expérience avec un ERP représente un atout supplémentaire.
  • À l'aise avec les outils informatiques liés à la production industrielle.
  • Personne autonome, rigoureuse et consciencieuse, capable de gérer efficacement les priorités.
  • Flexible, fiable et dotée d'un excellent esprit d'équipe.
  • Sens des responsabilités et forte orientation qualité.
