Faisant partie de l'Hôpital du Jura, site de Delémont (Suisse francophone), le Service de pédiatrie est composé d'un secteur d'hospitalisation stationnaire (9 lits de pédiatrie générale, 3 lits de néonatologie 2A), une maternité (env 550 naissances/an), un secteur d'accueil des urgences pédiatriques (env. 10'000 passages/an) et une permanence de consultation \- Centres Mediped Delémont et Porrentruy. Le service de pédiatrie est un centre formateur pour les internes de pédiatrie reconnu par l'IFSM. Il a pour mission une prise en charge médico\-psycho\-sociale et chirurgicale de patients âgés entre 0 et 16 ans. L'équipe travaille en étroite collaboration avec l'hôpital universitaire de Bâle.

Responsabilités

Le médecin chef de clinique en pédiatrie est un clinicien formé dans sa spécialité. Ayant un rôle dans la prise en charge directe des patients, dans l'enseignement et l'encadrement des médecins assistant\-e\-s (internes) et stagiaires (externes) et dans la gestion des flux sous la supervision d'un médecin cadre. Il est soumis à un service de garde intra\-hospitalier. Ces tâches et responsabilités sont les suivantes :

  • Assurer la prise en charge du patient.
  • Encadrer et former les médecins assistants (internes) responsables de la prise en charge des patients.
  • Organiser proactivement le travail de ces derniers ainsi que le fonctionnement du service.
  • Interagir avec les spécialistes pour une prise en charge optimale des jeunes patients
  • Participez à la formation pré\- et postgraduée du service (stagiaires et assistants).

Qualifications

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un titre de spécialiste en pédiatrie FMH ou bénéficiez d'une formation équivalente reconnue sur le plan européen par la Mebeko.
  • Vous bénéficiez idéalement d'une expérience en clinique d'au moins 1 an dans un service d'urgences médico\-chirurgicales pédiatriques ou de pédiatrie générale.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français ou avez la capacité de l'acquérir rapidement (niveau B2/C1\)
  • Une autre langue étrangère (anglais, allemand, italien, espagnol, ou autre) est bienvenue.
  • Votre dynamisme est communicatif.
