Vous souhaitez exercer dans un environnement moderne, collaboratif et centré sur la qualité des soins ?

Pour l'un de nos clients, un centre médical regroupant plusieurs médecins généralistes et spécialistes, nous recherchons plusieurs Médecins Généralistes ou Médecins Spécialistes souhaitant s'investir durablement au sein d'une équipe dynamique et multidisciplinaire.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer le suivi et la prise en charge médicale des patients.
  • Réaliser les consultations et les actes médicaux relevant de votre domaine de compétences.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres médecins et professionnels de santé du centre.
  • Participer au suivi global des patients dans une approche coordonnée et pluridisciplinaire.
  • Contribuer au développement et à la qualité des prestations médicales du centre.
  • Assurer une documentation médicale rigoureuse et conforme aux exigences suisses.

Profil

  • Diplôme fédéral de médecin ou diplôme étranger reconnu par la Commission des professions médicales (MEBEKO).
  • Titre de spécialiste FMH ou titre étranger reconnu (pour les médecins spécialistes).
  • Autorisation de pratiquer ou possibilité de l'obtenir dans le canton concerné.
  • Droit de facturation à la charge de l'assurance maladie suisse (un atout).

Expérience

  • Expérience en cabinet médical, centre médical ou milieu hospitalier.
  • Intérêt pour le travail en équipe interdisciplinaire.
  • Maîtrise du suivi ambulatoire des patients.

Compétences personnelles

  • Excellent sens de l'écoute et de la communication.
  • Orientation qualité et sécurité des soins.
  • Esprit d'équipe et collaboration.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités.
  • Volonté de s'inscrire dans un projet médical à long terme.

Langues

  • Français courant indispensable.
  • Toute autre langue constitue un atout.
