L'Institution de Lavigny recherche un·e médecin spécialiste en médecine interne générale, dès le \\1er janvier 2027\\, pour rejoindre ses équipes et intervenir auprès de plusieurs populations, sur \\différents sites (Lausanne, Lavigny et Morges)\\. \\Médecin spécialiste en médecine interne générale (FMH)\\ Missions -------- \* \\EMS À Plein Soleil, Lausanne\\ Vous assumez la fonction de médecin responsable d'EMS auprès de personnes en situation de handicap à la suite d'une atteinte neurologique acquise. Une mission qui associe médecine générale, suivi au long cours et collaboration étroite avec les équipes interdisciplinaires (plutôt : soignantes et thérapeutiques, ainsi que sociale). \* \\Hébergement socio\\-éducatif à Lavigny et Morges\\ Vous assurez selon le besoin le suivi médical de résidents de notre hébergement socio\\-éducatif, en collaboration avec le médecin référent déjà en place. Vous accompagnez des personnes en situation de handicap congénital dans une approche globale, individualisée et coordonnée. \* \\Hôpital \\- Service universitaire de neuroréhabilitation, à Lavigny\\ Vous apportez votre expertise de médecine interne auprès des quelque 65 patients hospitalisés en neuroréhabilitation, dont les comorbidités nécessitent régulièrement un avis spécialisé. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les médecins du service. Vous collaborez étroitement avec le directeur médical, les équipes médicales, les médecins spécialistes partenaires et les directions des différents départements. Vous participez à une prise en charge centrée sur les besoins, les projets et la qualité de vie de chaque personne accompagnée. Une activité de consultation ambulatoire pour des patients externes peut également être envisagée. Des missions complémentaires, selon une répartition adaptée à votre taux d'activité.
