Tâches ##

  • Conseiller médical par téléphone sur les intoxications et effets secondaires.
  • Analyser les retours médicaux et traiter les données pertinentes.
  • Rédiger et réviser des documents internes de conseil médical.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en médecine requis, expérience en toxicologie appréciée.
  • Compétences en communication en allemand, français et anglais.
  • Approche centrée sur le patient et esprit d'équipe.

Tox Info Suisse (www.toxinfo.ch) gère en Suisse le numéro d'urgence 145. Des médecins ainsi que d'autres professionnels de la santé fournissent quotidiennement, 24 heures sur 24, des conseils téléphoniques en cas d'intoxications par des produits chimiques, des médicaments, des plantes toxiques, des champignons ou des animaux, ainsi que par des drogues et bien plus encore.

Dans notre site, en plein cœur de Zurich avec nos quelque 50 collaborateurs, nous proposons dès à présent ou selon accord, à une personne médicale compétente et ouverte, un poste intéressant et un domaine d'activités varié en tant que médecin à temps partiel 60-80 %.

Les tâches principales comprennent :

  • Conseil téléphonique aux professionnels de la santé et au grand public en cas d'intoxications et d'effets secondaires médicamenteux
  • Traitement des retours médicaux et des données
  • Rédaction et contrôle des documents de conseil internes
  • Participation active à la formation interne

Vous bénéficierez également d'une formation polyvalente en toxicologie clinique et en conseil en cas d'intoxication.

Les exigences pour les futurs titulaires du poste sont :

  • Diplôme de médecine obtenu
  • Approche de travail engagée, orientée vers le patient et grande responsabilité
  • Expérience dans le domaine clinique-toxicologique un avantage, mais pas une condition
  • Intérêt scientifique
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en allemand, français et anglais
  • Manières impeccables et empathie
