Maître d'hôtel à 100%

Nous vous offrons l'opportunité de mettre votre expertise au service d'une clientèle prestigieuse, dans un environnement professionnel où excellence, discrétion et sens du détail sont les maîtres\-mots.

Votre rôle :

* Assurer un service d'excellence auprès d'une clientèle exigeante, dans le respect des standards de l'hôtellerie de luxe et de la gastronomie. * Organiser, coordonner et superviser les prestations de restauration, déjeuners d'affaires, banquets, cocktails et réceptions privées. * Garantir un accueil personnalisé, élégant et discret, en anticipant les attentes et les besoins des convives. * Veiller à la qualité irréprochable du service, au dressage des tables et à la présentation des espaces de réception. * Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de cuisine pour garantir une parfaite coordination et une expérience gastronomique de premier ordre. * Assurer le suivi des commandes et des besoins opérationnels liés aux différentes manifestations. * Gérer les imprévus avec professionnalisme, réactivité et diplomatie. * Garantir le respect des protocoles, des règles de confidentialité et des standards de qualité propres à l'environnement bancaire. Votre profil :

* Expérience confirmée et indispensable dans un palace, un hôtel 5 étoiles ou un établissement de restauration gastronomique. * Expérience réussie en qualité de Maître d'hôtel, Assistant Maître d'hôtel ou dans une fonction similaire. * Excellente maîtrise des codes du service de luxe, des arts de la table et des techniques de service gastronomique. * Présentation particulièrement soignée, élégance naturelle et savoir\-être irréprochable. * Sens aigu de l'hospitalité, du détail et de la personnalisation du service. * Grande discrétion, confidentialité absolue et aisance auprès d'une clientèle VIP et internationale. * Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs prestations simultanément. * Leadership naturel, esprit d'équipe et capacité à fédérer les collaborateurs autour d'une culture d'excellence. * Parfaite maîtrise du français et très bon niveau d'anglais. * Personnalité proactive, souriante, flexible et dotée d'une excellente résistance au stress.
