Elle promeut un regard positif sur les personnes en situation de handicap et met ses compétences au service de leur participation et de leur inclusion dans la société. Eben\\-Hézer Lausanne fait partie de la Fondation Eben\\-Hézer, organisme de droit privé, sans but lucratif et reconnu d'intérêt public. Afin de compléter l'équipe de trois MSP de notre Atelier Parcs \\\& Jardins, nous cherchons pour l'accompagnement des travailleurs et des travailleuses un\\-e \\Maître socioprofessionnel\\-le diplômé\\-e à un taux d'activité de 70%.\\ ### \\Mission\\ Au sein d'une petite équipe, vous proposez un accompagnement adapté et vous avez à cœur d'élargir et de maintenir les aptitudes des résidents\\-es selon leurs besoins et envies. Vous consolidez les activités spécialisées de l'atelier et en assurez le fonctionnement en synergie avec vos collègues, particulièrement pour le catalogue des produits et la planification des travaux selon l'occupation et les saisons. ### \\Responsabilités\\ \* Proposer aux résidents\\-es un accompagnement socioprofessionnel en rapport avec la culture maraichère et la floriculture, ainsi que l'entretien des parcs et jardins du site. \* Collaborer au développement de la biodiversité, dans le cadre de projets en lien. \* Favoriser un processus d'intégration sociale. \* Travailler sur un mode interdisciplinaire dans le respect des politiques institutionnelles. \* Collaborer activement avec les réseaux internes, externes, les familles et curateurs\\-trices. \* Promouvoir les activités à l'extérieur et gérer de nouvelles installations de culture. \* Développer le potentiel de l'atelier \\- notamment dans la vente de fruits et légumes \\- et en assurer la gestion. ### \\Profil souhaité\\ \* Diplôme reconnu de maître socioprofessionnel\\-le ou titre jugé équivalent. \* CFC de jardinier\\-ère ou paysagiste et/ou larges connaissances techniques des activités liées à la culture maraichère, horticulture et floriculture ainsi qu'à l'exploitation de parcs, potagers et de jardins. \* Compétences dans la vente des produits issus du jardin. \* Expérience significative dans l'accompagnement de personnes en situation de handicap présentant une déficience intellectuelle et des troubles du comportement. \* Capacités d'adaptation, d'engagement, de communication et collaboration. \* Intérêt marqué pour le développement de nouvelles actions éducatives. \* Aisance dans l'organisation et le partage des tâches ; aptitude à travailler en équipe. \* Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des programmes Microsoft Office. ### \\Cadre de travail\\ Nous offrons la possibilité de participer au développement d'une importante institution, de relever des défis et, par le biais de formations continues, de développer vos compétences.
