Ils·elles sont capables d'exercer une activité professionnalisante dans un lieu de travail adapté à leurs compétences et limitations, et assument sans assistance des actes de la vie quotidienne. Ils·elles accordent une importance à l'égard de l'identité professionnelle, et adhèrent pleinement et sciemment au concept d'un environnement de travail. Pour nos structures de travail au sein d'ateliers à vocation socialisante à Neuchâtel, nous recherchons un·e : \\Votre mission\\ Vous intervenez dans différents ateliers de la Fondation, notamment dans les domaines de la cafétéria, de la logistique et de la couture. En collaboration avec les maître·sses socio\\-professionnel·les (MSP), vous accompagnez des personnes présentant une déficience intellectuelle et/ou un trouble du spectre de l'autisme dans leur activité professionnelle. Vous veillez à concilier les exigences liées à l'activité de l'atelier avec un accompagnement adapté aux compétences, aux besoins et au projet de chaque personne. Vous contribuez ainsi au développement de leur autonomie, de leur identité professionnelle et de leur participation sociale. Vous êtes notamment amené·e à : \* Organiser et superviser le travail en veillant à la qualité des prestations, au respect des délais et aux règles de sécurité. \* Adapter les tâches et les consignes aux compétences et aux besoins des personnes accompagnées. \* Favoriser l'autodétermination, le développement des compétences et la valorisation des rôles professionnels. \* Assurer la continuité du fonctionnement des ateliers lors de remplacements ou en complément des MSP titulaires. \* Collaborer avec les MSP et les autres professionnel·les afin de garantir la cohérence de l'accompagnement. \\Votre profil\\ \* Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC dans un métier artisanal ; une formation dans les domaines du textile, de l'habillement ou de la couture constitue un atout. \* Vous disposez idéalement d'une expérience dans l'accompagnement de personnes présentant une déficience intellectuelle et/ou un trouble du spectre de l'autisme. \* Idéalement, vous êtes titulaire du diplôme ES de maître·sse socio\\-professionnel·le \* Polyvalent·e, vous êtes à l'aise pour intervenir dans des environnements de travail variés, notamment en cafétéria, en logistique et en couture. \* Vous êtes capable d'encadrer de manière autonome un groupe de 5 à 7 ouvrier·ères, de prendre des initiatives et d'adapter vos interventions aux situations rencontrées. \* Vous savez conjuguer autonomie et travail en équipe et communiquez avec aisance avec des interlocuteur·rices aux profils variés. \* Vous faites preuve de sens pratique, d'adaptabilité et d'une approche orientée solutions en étant force de proposition. \* Vous êtes titulaire du permis de conduire de catégorie B.
