Deine Aufgaben

  • Internationale Beschaffung von Flugzeugkomponenten unter Berücksichtigung der definierten Beschaffungsstrategie
  • Aktives, positives und erfolgreiches multikulturelles Lieferantenmanagement inkl. Führung von Multifunktionalen Teams
  • Förderung der aktiven und positiven Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten internen Abteilungen
  • Selbständige pro\-aktive Kostenüberwachung und Vertragsverhandlungen bei internationalen Lieferanten
  • Erstellung von Berichten, Statistiken und Berechnungen inklusive Analyse von relevanten Beschaffungsdaten und deren Nutzung als Entscheidungsgrundlage
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von internen Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorgaben

Damit überzeugst Du uns

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung, mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf in einer ähnlichen Position erwünscht
  • Abschluss an einer höheren Fachschule, Fachhochschule oder Universität
  • Grosses Interesse für die Flugzeugbranche
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch (B2\) und verhandlungssicheres Englisch (C1\) in Wort und Schrift
  • Versierte SAP Kenntnisse im MM Modul sowie gute Kenntnisse mit MS Office Tools
  • Initiative und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit, welche belastbar ist sowie grosses Verhandlungsgeschick und empathisches Durchsetzungsvermögen mitbringt
