* Rispondere dell'esercizio affidabile, dell'assistenza e del costante ulteriore sviluppo delle applicazioni di polizia e di telecomunicazione della polizia militare assegnate e critiche per le attività e gli impieghi * Gestire in modo interdisciplinare il buon funzionamento dei sistemi di polizia e di telecomunicazione della polizia militare, garantendo la confidenzialità, l'integrità, la disponibilità e il valore probatorio delle informazioni * Coordinare l'analisi e l'eliminazione dei guasti; avviare, se necessario, le procedure di escalation e garantirne il monitoraggio in collaborazione con partner interni ed esterni * Rilevare e analizzare le esigenze degli utenti e dei settori specialistici; coordinare l'attuazione delle ottimizzazioni e garantire che le applicazioni monitorate corrispondano alle esigenze operative del comando della polizia militare * Garantire l'ordinazione, la gestione e l'attribuzione di hardware e software e assumersi la responsabilità dell'assegnazione, della gestione e del controllo delle autorizzazioni degli utenti nonché dei diritti d'accesso * Coordinare test, update, release e l'introduzione di nuove funzionalità; collaborare con gli altri manager delle applicazioni per garantire la qualità, la stabilità e la capacità d'impiego dell'ambiente applicativo

* Formazione professionale superiore in ambito TIC con esperienza di 2-3 anni rilevante per la funzione oppure formazione professionale con 4-7 anni di esperienza rilevante per la funzione. * La formazione nel campo dell'informatica, dell'elettronica o perfezionamento equivalente costituisce un vantaggio * Conoscenze nell'ambito dei linguaggi di programmazione (Apache FreeMarker™, VBA, HTML) e di processi di gestione dei servizi informatici (p. es. ITIL) * Certificato di specializzazione della polizia o esperienza professionale pluriennale nel settore della sicurezza e formazione militare per quadri: costituisce titolo preferenziale

Il Comando Operazioni (Cdo Op) è responsabile di tutte le operazioni e di tutti gli impieghi militari dell'Esercito svizzero. Comprende tra l'altro le Forze aeree, le Forze terrestri, le quattro divisioni territoriali, il Centro di competenza SWISSINT, il comando forze speciali e la polizia militare. Circa il 40 per cento dei pressoché 2500 collaboratori sono impiegati civili: dagli ingegneri ai meccanici di aeromobili fino agli analisti.

L'Esercito svizzero dà lavoro a oltre 9000 collaboratori nel quadro di quattro professioni militari e circa 200 professioni civili, in 110 ubicazioni su tutto il territorio nazionale. Inoltre provvede alle nuove leve, formando apprendisti in oltre 30 professioni.
