Résumé du poste

En tant que Manager de Magasin, vous êtes responsable de l’ensemble des opérations de votre point de vente : gestion commerciale, opérationnelle, encadrement de l’équipe et satisfaction client. Vous assurez le bon fonctionnement du magasin et contribuez activement à sa performance.

Une journée dans la vie d’un(e) Manager de Magasin :

Vente \& Service

  • Accueillir et conseiller les clients, encaisser et gérer les commandes spéciales.
  • Proposer des ventes additionnelles et gérer les comptes fidélité.
  • Veiller à la présentation attractive des produits en vitrine et en rayon.
  • Gérer les réclamations et situations conflictuelles avec professionnalisme.

Gestion opérationnelle

  • Participer aux cuissons et au placage des produits, en respectant les standards qualité.
  • Élaborer les plannings selon la LTR et la CCT, optimiser les ressources et superviser les ouvertures/fermetures.
  • Gérer les stocks, commandes fournisseurs, réceptions et non\-conformités.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif et comptable : rapports de caisse, inventaires, fonds de caisse, déclarations de sinistres.
  • Coordonner les interventions de maintenance et veiller à l’entretien des locaux et équipements.
  • Garantir le respect strict des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP) et suivre les audits HQS.

Gestion commerciale

  • Maximiser le chiffre d’affaires et le résultat d’exploitation du magasin (EBITDA).
  • Suivre les objectifs de vente et mettre en place des actions pour les atteindre.
  • Optimiser le merchandising, la présentation des produits, affichages et PLV.
  • Analyser les indicateurs de performance via Power BI et ajuster les actions commerciales.

Management de l’équipe

  • Encadrer, motiver et faire évoluer l’équipe.
  • Participer au recrutement et à l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs.
  • Évaluer régulièrement les performances et assurer un suivi individuel.
  • Maintenir un climat de travail positif et professionnel.

Relation client

  • Garantir un accueil chaleureux et un service irréprochable.
  • Gérer les réclamations et situations conflictuelles.
  • Encourager la fidélisation et la satisfaction clientèle.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience dans un poste similaire et dans un environnement comparable (boulangerie, pâtisserie, tea\-room, restauration, retail alimentaire).
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels, notamment Outlook et Excel. Une connaissance de Power BI est un atout ; à défaut, vous êtes à l’aise avec l’apprentissage de nouveaux outils informatiques.
  • Capacité à gérer un point de vente et une équipe avec autonomie et leadership.
  • Sens du service client et capacité à créer un environnement positif en boutique.
  • Connaissance des normes d’hygiène alimentaire (HACCP).
  • Certificat cantonal d’aptitudes (CCA) / licence d’établissement sur le canton de Vaud : fortement souhaité
  • Maîtrise obligatoire du français.
  • Flexibilité horaire.
  • Orientation résultats, autonomie et rigueur.
