Als Manager Markets liegt der Fokus auf der aktiven Bearbeitung und Weiterentwicklung definierter nationaler und internationaler Märkte. Die Position verbindet strategische und operative Marketing- und Sales-Aktivitäten mit persönlicher Marktpräsenz und Beziehungsmanagement.

Ihre Aufgaben – vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll: - Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Marketingaktivitäten, Promotionen, Kampagnen und Events im In- und Ausland - Aktive Vertretung der Ferienregion Interlaken an Fachveranstaltungen, Workshops und auf Verkaufsreisen im In- und Ausland - Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Partnern, Reiseveranstaltern, Medienschaffenden - Konzeption, Koordination und Umsetzung marktspezifischer Kampagnen und Projekte mit internen Teams und externen Partnern - Organisation und Begleitung von Medien- und Studienreisen sowie Betreuung internationaler Gäste vor Ort - Beobachtung von Markt-, Kunden- und Tourismustrends sowie Einbringen relevanter Erkenntnisse in die Marktbearbeitung

Ihr Profil – verhandlungssicher, engagiert und flexibel: - Ausbildung im Tourismus, Marketing oder Verkauf; praktische Erfahrung im touristischen Marketing von Vorteil - Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten - Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Kulturen und Anspruchsgruppen - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil - Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit - Bereitschaft zur regelmässigen Reisetätigkeit im In- und Ausland sowie zu Einsätzen an Wochenenden und ausserhalb der üblichen Arbeitszeiten - Bezug zur Ferienregion Interlaken und Interesse an der Tourismusbranche
