Manager Site Operations Planning  

 

Führung & Organisation 

 

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams API- und Verpackungsplanung St. Gallen, sowie Matrixführung Tier 1 Struktur CMO Procurement/Release Management 

* Förderung einer leistungsorientierten, kollaborativen und kontinuierlich lernenden Teamkultur. 

* Coaching, Weiterentwicklung und Nachfolgeplanung der Mitarbeitenden. 

* Sicherstellung klarer Verantwortlichkeiten, Standards und Arbeitsweisen. 

* Transformation: Zusammenführung von Prozessen und Systemen zwischen Behring und Vifor 

* COS: Führung Tier 1 Strukuren Site Planning und CMO Procurement 

  

 

Planung & Supply Coordination 

 

* Verantwortung für die mittel- und kurzfristige Kapazitäts-, Produktions- und Verpackungsplanung (Horizont: 0-3 Jahre) 

* Sicherstellung einer stabilen und realistischen Supply Planung unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Materialverfügbarkeiten und Kundenbedarf. 

* Koordination von Supply-Risiken, Engpässen und Eskalationen. 

* Abstimmung mit Produktion, Logistik, Procurement, Quality, Technical Operations und Global Planning. 

* Sicherstellung der termingerechten Versorgung interner und externer Kunden. 

* Koordination und Nachverfolgung der Chargenfreigaben für Zwischen- und Fertigprodukte am Standort St. Gallen sowie bei externen Lohnherstellern (CMOs) zur Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Marktversorgung. 

* Proaktive Kommunikation von Supply-Risiken, Freigabeverzögerungen und Lieferengpässen an relevante interne und externe Stakeholder sowie Einleitung und Nachverfolgung entsprechender Gegenmassnahmen 

 

 

S&OP / IBP 

 

* Aktive Mitarbeit IBP- und S&OP-Prozessen. 

* Mitverantwortung SRM St. Gallen 

* Erstellung von Szenarien und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management. 

* Monitoring relevanter Supply-Chain-Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Massnahmen. 

 

Continuous Improvement 

 

* Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungs- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen. 

* Harmonisierung und Standardisierung von Planungsprozessen inkl. Planungssystemen 

* Förderung datenbasierter Entscheidungen und Operational Excellence. 

* Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung von Planungstools und Systemen.¨ 

 

Stakeholder Management 

 

* Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Site Planning, Site Procurement, Operations, Global Planning und weiteren Supply-Chain-Funktionen. 

* Vertretung der Interessen des Standorts in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Workshops. 

* Transparente Kommunikation von Risiken, Chancen und Planungsannahmen. 

Anforderungen:

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Supply Chain, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung; Master/MBA von Vorteil.
  • APICS CPIM-Zertifizierung wünschenswert.
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Planungsabweichungen proaktiv zu steuern, Prioritäten zu setzen und Teams erfolgreich durch sich verändernde Geschäftsanforderungen zu führen.
  • Überzeugende Führungspersönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu entwickeln, Veränderungen voranzutreiben und eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung zu fördern.
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in Supply Chain Planning in einer regulierten Industrie (idealerweise Pharma).
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Kinaxis und SAP
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische, konzeptionelle und strategische Fähigkeiten mit Erfahrung in Szenariomodellierung, Kapazitäts- und Supply-Risikoanalysen sowie der Ableitung fundierter Entscheidungen zur Sicherstellung einer resilienten und leistungsfähigen Lieferkette.
  • Hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management mit der Fähigkeit, auf allen Organisationsebenen vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen und effektiv zu kommunizieren.
  • Ausgeprägte Ergebnisorientierung mit dem Fokus, nachhaltige Verbesserungen in Servicegrad, Bestand, Produktivität und Planungseffizienz zu erzielen.
