Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams in der Pensionskassen\-Administration suchen wir in Zürich oder Basel per März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Mandatsleiter/in Pensionskasse (60\-100%)

MANDATSLEITER/IN PENSIONSKASSE (60\-100%) =========================================

DAS BEWEGST DU BEI UNS:

  • Du übernimmst die Mandatsleitung sowie die Geschäftsführung von Vorsorgeeinrichtungen. Qualität, Termine und Risiken hast du dabei stets im Blick.
  • Für den Stiftungsrat sowie weitere interne und externe Gremien bist Du die zentrale Ansprechperson.
  • Du organisierst Stiftungsrats\- und Kommissionssitzungen, bereitest diese vor und führst die Protokolle.
  • Du erarbeitest fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen und bearbeitest selbstständig komplexe Fragestellungen.
  • Zu Arbeitgebenden, dem Stiftungsrat, den Versicherten sowie zu verschiedenen internen und externen Stellen baust Du nachhaltige Beziehungen auf.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung der Jahresrechnungen nach Swiss GAAP FER 26\.
  • Bei Interesse kannst Du Dich in spannenden Projekten engagieren.

DAMIT GELINGT ES DIR:

  • Du verfügst über eine fachspezifische Weiterbildung als eidg. dipl. Pensionskassenleiter/in, DAS Pensionskassen Management oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Du hast bereits fundierte Erfahrung in einem Dienstleistungsbetrieb der beruflichen Vorsorge gesammelt und kennst die hohen Anforderungen an Qualität, Verbindlichkeit und Kundenorientierung.
  • Du nutzt M365 souverän und bewegst dich sicher in der digitalen Arbeitswelt.
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über sehr gute mündliche Englischkenntnisse.
