Unsere Wurzeln liegen im Wallis: 1998 in Brig\-Glis gegründet, sind wir heute an sechs Standorten in fünf Kantonen zu Hause – einer davon ist Thun. Über 60 Mitarbeitende betreuen bei uns KMU aus allen Branchen und Privatpersonen: von der Buchführung über Steuern und Immobilien bis zur Wirtschaftsprüfung und Unternehmensberatung. Erfahrene Fachleute und junge Berufsleute arbeiten bei uns eng zusammen, Wissen wird geteilt, Verantwortung wird übergeben. Unser Anspruch dabei: Mit Verstand von Herzen.

Für unser Team am Standort Thun suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Verstärkung als

Mandatsleiter/\-in Treuhand (80 – 100 %) ------------------------------------------

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst Finanz\- und Lohnbuchhaltungen, erstellst Jahresabschlüsse nach OR sowie Steuererklärungen für Unternehmen und Privatpersonen – selbstständig und mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch.
  • Schritt für Schritt übernimmst du die Leitung von KMU\-Mandaten quer durch die Branchen und wirst für diese Kunden zur zentralen Ansprechperson.
  • Du begleitest deine Kunden bei betriebswirtschaftlichen und steuerrechtlichen Fragen und ziehst bei Spezialfällen unsere Fachleute aus den anderen Standorten bei.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen. Bei uns arbeitet man nicht nur miteinander, sondern füreinander – und denkt über das eigene Mandat hinaus.

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundbildung und Fachausweis oder Expertendiplom im Treuhandwesen – oder du stehst kurz vor dem Abschluss
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einem Treuhandunternehmen; sicher im Führen von Buchhaltungen und im Erstellen von Abschlüssen nach OR
  • Du hast bereits Mandate weitgehend eigenständig betreut und willst nun in die Mandatsleitung hineinwachsen – oder bringst dieser Erfahrung bereits mit.
  • Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt; du trittst professionell und lösungsorientiert auf
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, planst vorausschauend und behältst auch in intensiven Phasen den Überblick
