Hinter jeder Küche, jedem Bad und jedem Innenausbau steckt eine Geschichte: von der ersten Skizze über die Arbeit in der Werkstatt bis zur Montage. Wir suchen jemanden, der diese Geschichten mit Kamera, Gespür und guten Ideen erzählt, damit man sieht, wie viel Leidenschaft in unserem Handwerk steckt.

Marketing Assistent/in \& Content Creator 50\-80%

Das erwartet dich

  • Du bist verantwortlich für unseren digitalen Auftritt und die Social\-Media\-Kanäle
  • Du produzierst eigene Inhalte (Fotos, Reels, kurze Videos) aus der Werkstatt, von Baustellen und fertigen Projekten
  • Du unterstützt bei professionellen Kunden\-Fotoshootings
  • Du aktualisierst und entwickelst unsere Website weiter
  • Du verantwortest das Online\-Marketing und setzt unsere Marketingstrategie mit um
  • Mit dem HR planst du Recruiting\-Kampagnen
  • Du übernimmst allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für interne und externe Anliegen, inklusive Telefonzentrale

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, zwingend mit einer Weiterbildung in Marketing oder Kommunikation
  • Sicheren Umgang mit Social Media und ein gutes Auge für Bild, Video und Text
  • Erfahrung mit Smartphone\- oder Kamera\-Content und mit Schnitt\- und Bildbearbeitungsprogrammen
  • Neugier auf digitale Trends
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Bild\- und Schnittprogrammen
  • Eine Hands\-on\-Mentalität und Kreativität
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und gut organisiert und legst Wert auf hohe Qualität
