Die Wing Consulting AG ist ein Beratungsunternehmen für nachhaltige Energiesysteme und Energieoptimierung. Wir entwickeln Lösungen rund um thermische Netze, Wärmeversorgung, Photovoltaik, Gebäudehüllensanierung und Energieeffizienz und begleiten Energieversorgungsunternehmen, Gemeinden, Immobiliengesellschaften, KMU und private Eigentümerschaften auf dem Weg in eine nachhaltige Energiezukunft.

Was uns noch fehlt, ist jemand, der sichtbar macht, was wir alles können. Bei uns entwickelst du unseren Marktauftritt weiter und gestaltest ihn aktiv mit, direkt an der Seite der Geschäftsleitung. Deshalb suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Persönlichkeit als Marketingfachperson (40\-60%).

Marketingfachperson (40\-60%) mit Unterstützung in Administration \& HR ========================================================================

Das bewegst du

  • Marketing \& Kommunikation (ca. 70%): Du verantwortest unseren Marktauftritt, planst und optimierst Online\-Kampagnen (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram), pflegst Webseite und Social Media und machst unsere Projekte und unser Team sichtbar. Ausserdem organisierst du Events, von der Planung über die Kommunikation bis zur Durchführung.
  • Administration \& HR (ca. 30%): Du übernimmst vielseitige Aufgaben im Backoffice, unterstützt bei administrativen Aufgaben rund um unser Team und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Büroalltag.

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing oder Kommunikation (z. B. Marketingfachfrau/\-mann) oder einen vergleichbaren Werdegang
  • Du hast Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing, von der Content\-Erstellung bis zum Einsatz der gängigen Marketing\-Tools
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Personaladministration wäre cool, wenn dir diese noch fehlt, zeigen wir dir gerne, wie es geht
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und ein Gespür für Sprache und Kommunikation
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, eine selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Humor und Lockerheit
