Crown Culture GmbH ist ein junges, modernes Unternehmen im Hair- und Beautybereich mit Fokus auf Braids, Retwists, Dreads, Haircuts und einem starken, professionellen Markenauftritt. Für den Aufbau und die Positionierung unserer Marke suchen wir eine kreative und selbständige Persönlichkeit, welche den gesamten Marketingauftritt von Crown Culture mitgestaltet und weiterentwickelt.

Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Marketingauftritts
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Marketing- und Brandingstrategie
  • Konzeption, Erstellung und laufende Betreuung der Unternehmenswebsite
  • Weiterentwicklung des Corporate Designs und Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen Markenauftritts
  • Planung und Betreuung der Social-Media-Kanäle
  • Erstellung und Koordination von Content für Website, Social Media und weitere digitale Kanäle
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen und Werbemassnahmen
  • Selbständige Planung und Durchführung von Foto- und Videoshootings
  • Professionelle Fotografie von Mitarbeitenden, Kundinnen und Kunden, Frisuren, Produkten, Räumlichkeiten und Events
  • Bildbearbeitung und Aufbereitung des Foto- und Videomaterials für digitale und gedruckte Medien
  • Entwicklung einer einheitlichen Bildsprache für die Marke Crown Culture
  • Erstellung von Portrait-, Lifestyle-, Branding- und Social-Media-Aufnahmen
  • Produktion von Reels, Kurzvideos und weiterem visuellen Content
  • Erstellung bzw. Koordination von Werbematerialien, Flyern und weiteren Kommunikationsmitteln
  • Aufbau von Kooperationen und Marketingpartnerschaften
  • Unterstützung bei der Kundengewinnung und Positionierung der Marke
  • Analyse und laufende Optimierung der Marketingaktivitäten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und weiteren internen und externen Partnern

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Ausbildung oder ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Digital Marketing, Fotografie, Mediengestaltung oder vergleichbarer Tätigkeit
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in professioneller Fotografie
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kamera-, Licht- und Fotoequipment
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Bildbearbeitung und digitaler Nachbearbeitung
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Foto- und Videocontent für Social Media
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Betreuung von Websites
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Social Media und Content Creation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Marketing-, Design- und Bildbearbeitungsprogrammen
  • Kreative, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Ästhetik, Bildsprache, Branding und aktuelle Trends
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Beauty-, Hair-, Fashion- oder Lifestylebereich von Vorteil
