Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement pharmaceutique exigeant, où la fiabilité de la chaîne d'approvisionnement est un facteur clé de succès ? Rejoignez un acteur reconnu du secteur des Life Sciences et occupez un rôle central dans la gestion des approvisionnements. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes Production, Qualité, Achats et Supply Chain, vous garantirez la disponibilité des matières premières et composants indispensables au bon déroulement des activités industrielles, tout en contribuant à l'optimisation des stocks et à la performance globale de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.

Votre mission :

Véritable interface entre les fournisseurs, les achats, la qualité, la planification et la production, vous assurez le pilotage des approvisionnements tout en optimisant les niveaux de stock et en garantissant la continuité des opérations dans un environnement GMP/GxP.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Analyser les prévisions de demande, les niveaux de stock et les délais fournisseurs afin d'établir et piloter les plans d'approvisionnement.
  • Gérer de manière autonome le réapprovisionnement des matières premières et composants via les propositions ERP/MRP.
  • Passer les commandes fournisseurs et assurer leur suivi jusqu'à la réception des marchandises.
  • Optimiser les niveaux de stock tout en maîtrisant les coûts de stockage et les risques de rupture.
  • Piloter les paramètres ERP liés à la supply chain (délais, stocks de sécurité, seuils de réapprovisionnement, données articles, prix, etc.).
  • Assurer la mise à jour des données achats et approvisionnement dans l'ERP.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Production, Planning, Achats et Contrôle Qualité afin de garantir la disponibilité des matériaux.
  • Anticiper et résoudre les problématiques d'approvisionnement, de logistique ou de performance fournisseurs.
  • Gérer les retours fournisseurs et participer à l'amélioration continue des processus Supply Chain.
  • Produire et analyser les indicateurs de performance fournisseurs (OTIF) et participer aux revues annuelles.
  • Rédiger et maintenir la documentation qualité liée à votre périmètre d'activité.
  • Appliquer les procédures GMP/GxP ainsi que les règles de santé, sécurité et environnement en vigueur sur le site.

Votre profil :

* Formation universitaire en Supply Chain, Logistique, Gestion de Production ou domaine équivalent. * Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en planification des approvisionnements ou Supply Planning, idéalement dans les secteurs pharmaceutique, biotechnologique, medtech ou chimique. * Excellente maîtrise des processus d'approvisionnement, de gestion des stocks et de planification des matières. * Expérience confirmée sur un ERP, idéalement Sage X3\. * Bonne connaissance des environnements réglementés GMP/GxP. * Aisance dans l'analyse de données et la gestion d'indicateurs de performance Supply Chain. * Solides compétences en communication, coordination transverse et négociation fournisseurs. * Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en gérant plusieurs priorités simultanément. * Français et anglais courants, à l'écrit comme à l'oral. * Une expérience en procurement ou achats indirects constitue un réel atout. j4id10431760jm j4it1041jm j4iy26jm
