Für unseren Kunden, ein rennomiertes Unternehmen in der Nutzfahrzeugbranche, suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für das Werkstattteam. In dieser vielseitigen Position übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die fachgerechte Instandhaltung sowie die Durchführung von Reparaturen an modernen Bussen und Nutzfahrzeugen. Du profitierst von einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld mit abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben und modernster Werkstattausstattung. Mechatroniker\*in 100% Tätigkeiten:

  • Du führst selbstständig Diagnosen, Sichtprüfungen sowie Funktionskontrollen an den Fahrzeugen durch.
  • Du stimmst dich eng mit dem Werkstattmeister bezüglich Arbeitsaufträgen ab und klärst offene Punkte selbstständig.
  • Du ermittelst den Bedarf an Ersatzteilen und veranlasst deren Bestellung über das interne System.
  • Du erledigst sämtliche Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten präzise nach Herstellervorgaben und Wartungsplänen.
  • Du führst komplexe De- und Montagen durch und nimmst dabei die finale Qualitätskontrolle eigenverantwortlich vor.
  • Du behebst Störungen, tauschest defekte Komponenten aus und führst alle notwendigen Einstellarbeiten durch.
  • Du nutzt moderne Werkstattinformationssysteme und Testgeräte für fehlerfreie Instandsetzungen.
  • Du dokumentierst alle erbrachten Leistungen sowie Bearbeitungszeiten sorgfältig im System.
  • Du hältst Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards sowie gesetzliche Vorschriften konsequent ein.
  • Du unterstützt das Team und stehst Lernenden mit deinem Wissen helfend zur Seite.

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automobilmechatroniker EFZ (Schwere Nutzfahrzeuge) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens ein Jahr praktische Erfahrung in der Wartung und Reparatur von Bussen oder Nutzfahrzeugen.
  • Du besitzt den Führerausweis der Kategorie C.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1).
  • Du bist flexibel bezüglich deiner Arbeitszeiten und zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung aus.
  • Du hast eine selbstständige, exakte Arbeitsweise und bist ein verlässlicher Teamplayer.
