Unser Schmerzzentrum, angegliedert an die Anästhesie, erweitert sein Angebot um den Fachbereich Rheumatologie. Zur Unterstützung unseres neu eintretenden Rheumatologen suchen wir per 01.01.2027 eine engagierte und selbstständige

Medizinische Praxisassistent:in 70% ###

Sie behalten gerne den Überblick, denken mit und sorgen im Hintergrund dafür, dass für unsere Patient:innen und Ärzteschaft alles reibungslos läuft? Für das Sekretariat Anästhesie und des Schmerzzentrums suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die mit Organisationstalent, Empathie und Fachwissen unseren Praxisalltag mitgestaltet.

Ihre Herausforderung ##

  • Organisation und Vorbereitung der Sprechstunden und Therapien für Arzt:innen und Pain Nurses
  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patient:innen
  • Arbeiten mit unseren elektronischen Systemen (CGM, Polypoint RAP, PEP, OPALE, lbiCare)
  • Leistungserfassung und digitale Dokumentenablage
  • Erstellung medizinischer Berichte und allgemeine Sekretariatsarbeiten
  • Telefonische Auskunft und Koordination
  • Möglichkeit zur Assistenz bei Punktionen und Infiltrationen in der Rheumatologie
  • Möglichkeit zur Erweiterung der klinischen Tätigkeiten, z.B. in der Rheumatologie
  • Gegenseitige Ferienvertretung im Sekretariat Anästhesie

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Praxisassistent:in oder FaGe mit IT-Affinität
  • Gute Kenntnisse der medizinischen Terminologie
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Organisierte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Motivierte und mitdenkende Persönlichkeit, die sich durch ihre Teamfähigkeit auszeichnet
