Wir sind eine etablierte und herzlich geführte, interdisziplinäre Gruppenarztpraxis mit einem eingespielten und familiären Team, bei dem das Wohl der Patienten/\-innen und die Wertschätzung und gute Zusammenarbeit im Praxisteam im Zentrum stehen. Wir bieten unseren Patienten/\-innen Hausarztmedizin (Allgemeine Innere Medizin), Gynäkologie\&Geburtshilfe und Chirurgie (kleines Pensum) im Zentrum von Laufen.

Per 1\. November 2026 suchen wir eine motivierte, organisierte und zuverlässige MPA, um unser Team zu ergänzen und unseren Patienten ein einfühlsamer Ansprechpartner zu sein.

Hinweis: Dieser Einsatz ist temporär geplant, bietet jedoch bei gegenseitigem Interesse die Option auf eine dauerhafte Festanstellung.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Praxisorganisation \& Administration: Herzlicher Empfang unserer Patientinnen und Patienten. Professionelles und effizientes Terminmanagement, Telefontriage sowie zuverlässige Erledigung der Korrespondenz.
  • Labor \& Basisdiagnostik: Präzise Durchführung von Blutentnahmen, Laboranalysen (Präsenzlabor) und EKG.
  • Medikamentenmanagement: Zuverlässiges und selbstständiges Richten und Verabreichen von Injektionen/Infusionen sowie Betreuung der Praxisapotheke.

Anforderungen

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MPA (EFZ) oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung (z. B. diplomierte Arztsekretärin mit fundierter Labor\- und Privatpflege\-Erfahrung, MPA ohne EFZ, o.ä.).
  • Software: Erfahrung mit amétiq siMed ist von Vorteil, kein Muss
  • Erfahrung: Kenntnisse im Bereich der Hausarztmedizin und/oder Gynäkologie sind von Vorteil.
  • Persönlichkeit: Empathisch, patientenorientiert, zuverlässig und belastbar. Freude an der Teamarbeit.
