Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst die Triage und Verteilung der Probenmaterialien durch.
  • Für die vollständige Erfassung der internen und externen Aufträge in der Labormedizin bist du zuständig.
  • Du definierst die Rechnungsempfänger bei externen Aufträgen und erledigst die administrativen Aufgaben.
  • Den Probenversand ins In- und Ausland organisierst du selbstständig.
  • Du bist in ständigem Austausch mit den Kliniken.
  • Du arbeitest nach akkreditierten Richtlinien.
  • Im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit kannst du für verschiedene Aufgaben die Verantwortung übernehmen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische/r Praxisassistent/in oder Äquivalenzattest
  • Selbstständige und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Interesse an fachlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe im Umgang mit neuen Softwaresystemen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit

Dein Lohn ##

Dein Bruttolohn liegt bei einem 100%-Pensum voraussichtlich zwischen 66'000 und 76'000 Franken pro Jahr.

Die genaue Lohnhöhe richtet sich nach deiner Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung. Im Verlauf des Auswahlverfahrens werden wir deinen Lohn aufgrund unserer Lohnrichtlinien festlegen. Bewerberinnen und Bewerber, die noch nicht über die erforderlichen Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen verfügen, können im Einzelfall auch unterhalb der Lohnbandbreite eingestuft werden. Für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten werden in vielen Fällen Zulagen ausgerichtet. Die weitere Lohnentwicklung richtet sich nach deinen Leistungen und den finanziellen Möglichkeiten der Eleonorenstiftung.
