****Ihre Aufgaben****

* Planung, Organisation und Koordination von internen und kleineren externen Veranstaltungen * Unterstützung des Meetings \& Events Teams bei der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten * Erstellung und Kontrolle von Rechnungen für Veranstaltungen * Administrative Unterstützung des gesamten Meetings \& Events Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft * Pflege und Aktualisierung von Veranstaltungs- und Kundendaten sowie Ablage relevanter Dokumente * Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den verschiedenen Abteilungen des Hotels

****Ihr Profil****

* Pensum: 60 % (Montag bis Mittwoch, vor Ort) * Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise in der Hotellerie * Berufserfahrung im Bereich Events, Hotellerie oder Administration von Vorteil * Gute planerische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten * Freude an administrativen Aufgaben sowie an der Organisation von internen Veranstaltungen * Kommunikative und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein * Ausgeprägter Teamgeist und Hands-on-Mentalität * Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Abend- und Wochenendarbeit * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
