The posting

Nous recherchons un menuisier poseur en agencement, spécialisé dans la pose de cuisines. Le poste s-inscrit dans un environnement professionnel où la précision, le respect des délais et la qualité d-exécution sont prioritaires. La personne engagée interviendra principalement sur des chantiers d-agencement intérieur, avec un accent particulier sur le montage, l-ajustement et la finition de cuisines. Cette fonction nécessite une excellente maîtrise des techniques de pose, une bonne capacité à lire et interpréter des plans, ainsi qu-une approche structurée du travail au quotidien. La collaboration avec les autres intervenants de chantier est également essentielle pour garantir un déroulement efficace des travaux.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer la pose complète de cuisines sur chantier, en respectant les plans, les consignes techniques et les tolérances de montage définies par le client ou le fabricant.
  • Effectuer l-assemblage, l-ajustement et la fixation des éléments d-agencement, y compris caissons, plans de travail et habillages, en garantissant une finition soignée et durable.
  • Réaliser les découpes nécessaires sur place, à l-aide de machines portatives et d-outillage manuel, en veillant au respect des normes de sécurité en vigueur.
  • Contrôler les mesures, les niveaux et l-alignement de l-ensemble des éléments posés, afin d-assurer une intégration correcte dans l-espace prévu et une fonctionnalité optimale.
  • Coordonner son intervention avec les autres corps de métier présents sur le chantier, notamment électriciens et installateurs sanitaires, afin de limiter les retouches et les interruptions de travail.
  • Assurer le rangement, la propreté et la sécurisation de sa zone de travail en fin de journée, en gérant correctement les déchets de chantier liés à la pose de cuisines.

Profil

  • Formation de niveau secondaire achevée, idéalement dans un domaine technique ou manuel en lien avec le bâtiment ou la menuiserie.
  • Intérêt marqué pour les travaux d-agencement intérieur et la pose de cuisines, avec une volonté de respecter les standards de qualité de l-entreprise.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière structurée sur chantier, même dans des environnements parfois exigus ou occupés.
  • Fiabilité, ponctualité et sens des responsabilités dans la gestion des tâches qui vous sont confiées.
  • Disposition à collaborer avec différentes équipes sur place, dans un esprit orienté solution et respect des délais.
