Die Stiftung verfolgt das Ziel, den Alltag von Kindern im Spital und in spezialisierten Institutionen durch Freude und Lachen aufzuheitern. Hierfür organisiert und finanziert die Stiftung jede Woche den Besuch von professionellen Künstlerinnen und Künstlern – den Traumdoktoren.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Hunzenschwil (AG) suchen wir Sie als engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Position

Mission Planning \& Reporting Manager 60%

(wenn möglich mit täglicher Präsenz Mo\-Fr vormittags)

In dieser Funktion betreuen Sie administrativ unsere Künstlerinnen und Künstler in der Deutschschweiz und sind dabei verantwortlich für verschiedene Aufgaben und Anliegen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vierteljährliche Besuchsplanung der Künstlerinnen und Künstler sowie Anpassungen und Neueinteilungen der geplanten Besuche
  • Monatliche Kontrolle der Abrechnungen der Künstlerinnen und Künstler
  • Controlling und Reporting zu internen Statistiken und der Besuchsplanung
  • Verwaltung von Materialbudget und \-bestellungen der Künstlerinnen und Künstler
  • Organisation von Supervisionsterminen
  • Mitwirkung bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Abwesenheitsvertretung der Kollegin in der Romandie
  • Organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung der Abteilung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung EFZ mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten mit einem ausgeprägten Zahlenverständnis sowie einer raschen Auffassungsgabe
  • Interesse an und/oder Gewandheit im Umgang mit Statistiken, IT\-Tools und Datenbanken
  • Bestens vertraut mit der MS Office\-Palette (affin im Umgang mit Excel) – idealerweise bereits Power BI\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute ösischkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
  • Teamgeist und Freude, in einem zweisprachigen Team zu arbeiten
  • Zuverlässige, engagierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Freude am direkten Kontakt
  • Exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit guter Selbstorganisation und Prioritätensetzung
  • Zeitliche Flexibilität, bei periodisch wiederkehrendem höherem Arbeitsvolumen
