A propos du rôle

Pour notre client, une entité publique présente dans le canton de Genève, nous sommes à la recherche d'un/e Assistant/e administrative à 50% afin de venir renforcer l'équipe actuelle. Tu auras l'opportunité d'en apprendre davantage sur le secteur public, tout en développant tes compétences dans l'administratif.

Idéalement, nous recherchons de la disponibilité sur toute la semaine, mais nous pouvons nous montrer flexible par rapport à tes horaires de cours.

Tâches -------

Prise en charge de la saisie de données et de la numérisation du courrier pour le traitement des dossiers.

  • Réception et traitement des courriers
  • Tri et classement des dossiers actuels
  • Enregistrer et saisir des données informatiques

Nous cherchons

  • Être en cours d'études universitaire ou en année sabbatique
  • Première expérience dans le domaine administratif un atout (les stages peuvent être considérés)
  • Être disponible à 50% sur les dates mentionnées
