Gemeinsam mit unserem Team sorgen Sie für eine zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Erbringung unserer Notrufdienstleistungen. Sie schätzen den Kontakt mit vorwiegend älteren Menschen, verfügen über technisches Flair und möchten mit Ihrer Arbeit einen konkreten Beitrag zu deren Sicherheit und Selbstständigkeit leisten

Mitarbeit in der Abteilung Notruf mit 80\-100% ==============================================

Das können Sie bewegen

* Sie beraten Interessentinnen und Interessenten kompetent zu unseren Notrufsystemen sowie weiteren Angeboten des Kreuzes Basel und unterstützen sie bei der der passenden Lösung.

* Sie bearbeiten Meldungen der Notrufzentrale und koordinieren die daraus resultierenden Massnahmen.

* Sie pflegen und verwalten Kundendaten in unseren digitalen Systemen und stellen eine hohe Datenqualität sicher.

* Sie installieren und instruieren unsere Notrufsysteme vor Ort und sind dafür regelmässig im Aussendienst unterwegs.

* Sie präsentieren unsere Dienstleistungen bei Partnerorganisationen und Multiplikatoren, beispielsweise Spitex\-Organisationen, und vermitteln den Mehrwert des Rotkreuz\-Notrufs.

* Sie übernehmen vielfältige administrative Aufgaben und tragen zu einer effizienten Organisation des Angebots bei.

* Sie haben die Möglichkeit, den Arbeitsbereich aktiv mitzugestalten, neue Impulse einzubringen und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen mitzuprägen.

Das bringen Sie mit

* Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung

* Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Empathie im Umgang mit älteren Menschen

* Administrative und organisatorische Stärke sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in einem vielseitigen und vielschichtigen Arbeitsalltag den Überblick zu behalten

* Freude am Auftritt vor Gruppen und an der Vermittlung von Informationen

* Sicherheit im Umgang mit technischen Themen und technisches Flair

* Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Selbständigkeit und Belastbarkeit

* Zuverlässige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung auf Niveau KV Profil E von Vorteil

* Fundierte ICT\-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Führerausweis Kategorie B

* Neugier, Lernbereitschaft und Offenheit gegenüber neuen Entwicklungen und Aufgabenbereichen

* Interesse an der aktiven Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Angebots und des Arbeitsbereichs
