Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine dynamische und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Mitarbeiter Facility Management (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

+ Sicherstellung des operativen Tagesbetriebs im technischen und infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagement sowie erste Ansprechperson für technische und fachliche Anliegen + Durchführung von Unterhalts\-, Wartungs\- und kleineren Instandsetzungsarbeiten sowie fachgerechte Pflege der zugeteilten Maschinen, Geräte und Unterhaltsmaterialien + Vergabe, Koordination und Überwachung von Aufträgen an externe Dienstleister und Lieferanten unter Einhaltung der Kosten\-, Termin\- und Qualitätsvorgaben + Verantwortung für Bestellungen und Ersatzteilbewirtschaftung der Produktion (ca. 30 %) sowie direkter Kontakt mit Untermietenden und weiteren Ansprechpersonen vor Ort + GMP\-gerechte Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten und Einhaltung der internen Standards in den Bereichen Sicherheit, Produktion und Brandschutz + Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Piketteinsätzen und Erstinterventionen sowie bei Bedarf Unterstützung bei der Koordination der Reinigung

Qualifikationen

+ Abgeschlossene Berufslehre, idealerweise als Fachmann/Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ, diplomierte Hauswart oder mit einer vergleichbaren handwerklichen bzw. technischen Ausbildung + Handwerkliches Geschick, gutes technisches Verständnis sowie eine selbständige, systematische und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise + Durchsetzungsvermögen, hohe Sozialkompetenz und ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten + Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu erklären + Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office; SAP\-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil + Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift + Ein einwandfreier Leumund ist für diese Funktion Voraussetzung
