Für unsere Mandantin, ein etabliertes Dienstleistungsunternehmen eines Schweizer Fachverbandes, suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Allrounder\-Persönlichkeit, die technische Grundaufgaben ebenso souverän bewältigt wie organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten als

Mitarbeiter Hausdienst und Administration =========================================

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Allgemeine Tätigkeiten im Hausdienst (z. B. Postverteilung, Materialbewirtschaftung, kleinere logistische Aufgaben)
  • Bestellung sowie Bewirtschaftung von Verbrauchsmaterialien (Büro\-, Kaffee\-, Reinigungsmaterial etc.)
  • Verpacken, Versenden und Bearbeiten von Paketen, Sendungen, Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen
  • Stellvertretung der verantwortlichen Hausdienstperson bei Ferienabwesenheiten
  • Betreuung und Organisation der Fahrzeugflotte (Wartung, Reinigung, Betankung)
  • Empfang von Besuchenden sowie Entgegennahme von Anrufen über die Hauptnummer

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und Berufserfahrung in einer Allrounder\-, Betriebs\- oder Hausdienstfunktion
  • Technisches Grundverständnis, Handwerkliches Geschick und Bereitschaft, praktisch mitanzupacken
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingende Voraussetzung, ösisch und weitere Landessprachen von Vorteil
  • Freundliches, gepflegtes Auftreten, sowie gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
