Die JVA Hindelbank ist die einzige Justizvollzugsanstalt für Frauen in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz. Sie dient dem Straf- und Massnahmenvollzug mit Frauen im geschlossenen und offenen Bereich. Es stehen 107 Plätze zur Verfügung. Die eingewiesenen Frauen leben innerhalb der Anstalt in Wohngruppen und arbeiten werktags in verschiedenen Arbeitsbereichen. Die Zeit in der JVA Hindelbank dient den eingewiesenen Frauen dazu, Voraussetzungen für die Reintegration in die Gesellschaft zu schaffen, um so ihr Leben nach der Entlassung deliktfrei und verantwortungsvoll zu führen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Sie tragen die Mitverantwortung für eine durchgehende Sicherheit von Personal, eingewiesenen Frauen, Besuchern und der Öffentlichkeit im 24-Stunden-Betrieb * Sie sind zuständig für die Durchführung von Personen-, Präsenz-, Sach- und Suchtmittelkontrollen * Sie verantworten die digitale Überwachung und Steuerung am Sicherheitsleitstand (Einsatzzentrale) * Sie führen Kriseninterventionen und Bearbeitung von Telefonaten, Anfragen und Koordinationsaufgaben durch * Sie rapportieren Zwischenfälle und Ereignisse * Sie sind bereit für zwei Wochenenddienste und Piketteinsätze pro Monat

**Ihr Profil**

* Aufgrund der mit der Funktion verbundenen Kontrollaufgaben bei weiblichen Eingewiesenen ist für diese Stelle die Besetzung durch eine Frau erforderlich * Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre * Sie sind mindestens 25 Jahre alt * Sie haben Berufserfahrung im Sicherheitsbereich * Sie verfügen über fundiertes (Sicherheits-) Fachwissen und ausgeprägte digitale Kenntnisse * Sie können sich mündlich und schriftlich Deutsch stilsicher, sowie Französisch verhandlungssicher kommunizieren * Sie verfügen über hohe Sozialkompetenz, Flexibilität und Teamgeist * Sie sind im Besitz eines CH-Führerausweises der Kat. B und Mobilität * Sie können eine Erreichbarkeit bei Piketteinsätzen innerhalb von 60 Minuten garantieren

**Über das Amt für Justizvollzug**

Das Amt für Justizvollzug (AJV) ist mit rund 1000 Mitarbeitenden innerhalb der Sicherheitsdirektion des Kantons Bern (SID) für den offenen und geschlossenen Straf- und Massnahmenvollzug an Erwachsenen und Jugendlichen verantwortlich. Um diese Aufgabe zu erfüllen, stehen dem Amt vier konkordatliche Justizvollzugsanstalten, vier Regionalgefängnisse, die Bewachungsstation am Inselspital, die Haftleitstelle sowie die Bewährungs- und Vollzugsdienste zur Verfügung.
