Aufgaben

In der Praktikumsorganisation des Bachelorstudiengangs Ergotherapie unterstützt du uns bei administrativen, organisatorischen und qualitätssichernden Aufgaben. Du bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für Praxispartner:innen, Dozierende und Studierende und trägst zu einer professionellen und reibungslosen Organisation der Praktika bei. Dabei betreust und pflegst du relevante Informations\- und Datenmanagementsysteme, insbesondere Moodle, CRM\-Anwendungen und weitere digitale Plattformen. Du koordinierst administrative Abläufe, kommunizierst mit internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen und wirkst bei der Qualitätssicherung sowie der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Praktikumsorganisation mit.

Profil

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung in administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten. Der routinierte Umgang mit Microsoft 365 gehört ebenso zu deinem Profil, wie die Bereitschaft, neue digitale Anwendungen kennenzulernen. Zudem bringst du praktische Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Moodle, CRM\-Systemen oder vergleichbaren Plattformen mit. Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrungen im Gesundheitswesen oder im Ausbildungs\- bzw. Hochschulkontext sammeln. Du kommunizierst sicher mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen, interessierst dich für Qualitätsmanagement und Prozessoptimierung und arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert sowie dienstleistungsorientiert. Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein gutes Verständnis für Zusammenhänge runden dein Profil ab.
