Was du bewirkst

* Du unterstützt mehrere Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälte in Einsprache- sowie gerichtlichen Verfahren, insbesondere bei der elektronischen Bearbeitung der administrativen Korrespondenz. Die Verwaltung der Geschäftsfälle in diversen Systemen und die Einholung sowie Zusammenstellung von Akten für gerichtliche Verfahren führst du selbständig durch. Du bist für die Ausfertigung und den Versand von Rechtsschriften sowie die fristgerechte Erledigung von Mandatsschreiben und Vollmachten verantwortlich. Du kontierst Rechnungen und überwachst den Zahlungsverkehr. Das Erteilen von telefonischen und schriftlichen Auskünften sowie das Treffen von Abklärungen gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabengebiet. Du wickelst den Auslandregress ab und kümmerst dich um die Kontierung und Verbuchung von Rechnungen. Dich erwartet ein mehrsprachiger Arbeitsalltag auf Deutsch und Französisch in unserem dreisprachigen Team.

 

Was du mitbringst

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation. Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind sehr gut. Französisch ist eine Sprache, die du gut verstehst und sprichst. Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Idealerweise bringst du Berufserfahrung in einem Anwaltsbüro, Gericht oder in der Rechtsabteilung einer Sozialversicherung mit. Du hast sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office. Du bist an sorgfältiges und exaktes Arbeiten gewöhnt und setzt die richtigen Prioritäten. Deine Selbstführung und Organisationsfähigkeit sind ausgeprägt und deine Flexibilität macht dich zu einem geschätzten Teammitglied. Du bist grösstenteils vor Ort an der Fluhmatt Luzern im Austausch mit dem Team - HomeOffice ist nach der Probezeit möglich.
