Als engagierte Person im Kundenservice kannst du unsere KMU-Kundschaft bei ihren vielfältigen Anliegen unterstützen und zu ihrem Gelingen beitragen. Bei uns kannst du deine Kommunikationsstärke einbringen um mit uns gemeinsam jährlich zahlreiche Anfragen auf verschiedenen Kanälen professionell zu supporten. Mit dir bleibt keine Frage unbeantwortet.

 

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du bearbeitest schriftliche und telefonische Anfragen und beantwortest Fragen unserer Geschäftskundschaft zu unserem vielfältigen Produkt- und Dienstleistungsangebot.
  • Mit deinem Fachwissen gewährleistest du einen effizienten Support für unsere Kundschaft, indem du sie berätst und massgeschneiderte Lösungen anbietest.
  • Du bearbeitest Anliegen über Kanäle wie E-Mail, Live-Chat oder Social Media und arbeitest mit verschiedenen Systemen (z. B. SAP, CRM).
  • Falls du noch nie etwas von SAP oder CRM gehört hast, keine Sorge. Du kannst bei uns auch Quer- oder Wiedereinsteigen.
  • In diesem Fall erhältst du eine mehrwöchige fachliche Ausbildung und Unterstützung von unseren Kommunikations-Profis. Auch nach deiner Einführung haben wir immer ein offenes Ohr für deine Fragen.
  • Bei uns arbeitest du weder in der Nacht noch an Sonntagen - dafür teilweise im Homeoffice! Unsere attraktiven Arbeitszeiten sind Montag bis Freitag, 07.30 - 18.00 Uhr.

 

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung EFZ. Ein Quer- oder Wiedereinstieg ist möglich.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen helfen dir dabei, unsere Kundschaft optimal zu unterstützen.
  • Mit Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientiertem Denken bearbeitest du die Anliegen unserer Kundschaft effektiv und erfolgreich.
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit digitalen Tools und auch wenn du noch nicht mit allen Programmen vertraut bist, lernst du schnell dazu.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch sowie über sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kenntnisse in einer zweiten Landessprache. Englisch ist von Vorteil.
