Wir sind ein innovatives Schweizer Familienunternehmen mit internationaler Ausrichtung und stellen qualitativ hochwertige Systemlösungen in der Common Rail Einspritztechnologie für Dieselmotoren, Dual Fuel und für CO2neutrale Kraftstoffe her.

Im Rahmen unserer Wachstumsstrategie haben wir folgende Stelle zu besetzen:

Mitarbeiter/in Einkauf \& Logistik / 80\-100% (m/w)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Überwachung des gesamten Warenflusses und Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit.
  • Unterstützung im operativen Einkauf und Koordination der Liefertermine mit den Partnern.
  • Selbstständige Abwicklung des operativen Einkaufs.
  • Einholen und Vergleichen von Offerten.
  • Bestellungen bei Lieferanten auslösen und überwachen.
  • Pflege und Betreuung von Lieferantenbeziehungen.
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Warenverfügbarkeit.
  • Preisverhandlungen und laufende Optimierung der Beschaffungskosten.
  • Kontrolle von Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferungen und Rechnungen.
  • Koordination und Bearbeitung von Logistikaufträgen.
  • Organisation und Überwachung von Transporten und Lieferungen.
  • Abstimmung mit Lieferanten, Spediteuren und internen Abteilungen.
  • Datenpflege im ERP\-System.
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Einkaufs\- und Logistikprozessen

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Einkauf und/oder in der Logistik
  • Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf von Vorteil
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein
  • Freude an der Koordination verschiedener Aufgaben und Ansprechpartner
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem ERP\-System
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässige, lösungsorientierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
