Die Wache AG ist ein Familienunternehmen, gegründet 1928\. Wir gehören mit über 200 Mitarbeitenden zu den führenden Sicherheitsdienstleistern im Grossraum Zürich. Mehr als 1000 Kunden vertrauen auf unsere Dienste und somit auf unsere Mitarbeiter.

Wir sind im Wachstum, unser Team braucht Verstärkung. Wir suchen deshalb per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n:

Mitarbeiter/in Einsatzzentrale ==============================

für abwechslungsreiche, interessante Tätigkeiten in den folgenden Bereichen: Alarmbearbeitung (EMA / BMA / HLS) / Empfang sowie Anmeldung von Besuchern / Journalführung / Rapportierung / beantworten von Anrufen / buchen von Terminen / Weiterleitung von Information / Kontrolle und Betreuung der Mitarbeiter im Einsatz / Dienstplanung bei Ausfällen oder kurzfristigen Bestellungen / Material und Fahrzeugabgabe / Betreuung des Wächterkontrollsystems / Interventionen und Frontdienste bei Notfällen

Wir wenden uns gezielt an loyale, pflichtbewusste und flexible Personen mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise. Die Arbeitszeiten sind auch in der und an Wochenenden.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Einwandfreier Leumund und geregelte finanzielle Verhältnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • CH / EU Bürger oder C\-Ausweis
  • Mündliche Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in einer Einsatzzentrale oder im Sicherheitsdienst mit der Bereitschaft neues zu lernen
  • Gute PC\-Anwenderkenntnisse der gängigen Office\-Programme (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Bereitschaft für unregelmässige Schichtarbeitszeiten (auch in der und an Wochenenden)
  • Stressresistenz, gepflegte Erscheinung und gute Umgangsformen
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie Belastbarkeit, auch in schwierigen Situationen.
  • Führerausweis und eigener PW von Vorteil
