Mitarbeiter:in Empfang 70 \- 80 % (m/w/d) -----------------------------------------

Deine Aufgaben

Du sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für einen professionellen und herzlichen Empfang und übernimmst vielseitige organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben:

  • Empfang und Betreuung von Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Bedienung der Telefonzentrale und Weiterleitung von Anfragen
  • Bearbeitung des täglichen Postein\- und ausgangs
  • Betreuung unserer Sitzungszimmer
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation interner Anlässe
  • Koordination von Dienstleistern, Lieferanten und Infrastrukturthemen
  • Bewirtschaftung von Büromaterial sowie Getränke\- und Verbrauchsmaterialien
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten inklusive Kreditorenverarbeitung
  • Unterstützung unserer Abteilungen im administrativen und organisatorischen Tagesgeschäft

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Empfangs\-, Dienstleistungs\- oder Administrationsbereich
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Freundliches, professionelles und sicheres Auftreten persönlich sowie am Telefon
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu koordinieren
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365; Erfahrung mit digitalen Arbeitsinstrumenten

  • Eintritt: per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung
