Das Institut für Rechtsmedizin untersucht im Auftrag der Strafuntersuchungsbehörden lebende und verstorbene Menschen unter rechtsmedizinischen Gesichtspunkten. In jedem Klarheit zu schaffen – das haben wir uns zum Ziel gesetzt. Um dieses Ziel zum Nutzen der Gesellschaft zu erreichen, greifen wir die neusten Erkenntnisse unseres Fachs auf und setzen diese um. Das IRM\-UZH steht für ein innovatives Institut für Rechtsmedizin. Wir freuen uns auf dich! Wir suchen per 15\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung ein:e Mitarbeiter:in Empfang (60 \- 100 %, Möglichkeit zur schrittweisen Erhöhung)

Aufgaben

  • Professionelle Bedienung der Telefonzentrale
  • Betreuung und Empfang externer Gäste, Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Agenda\-Management sowie Pflege der Adressdatenbank inklusive Auswertungen und Statistiken
  • Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Erstellung von Briefvorlagen
  • Verantwortung für einen ordentlichen und gepflegten Empfang sowie Sitzungszimmer
  • Verantwortlich für den Postversand
  • Büromaterial\- und Drucksachenverwaltung
  • Erledigung allgemeiner Büro\- und Sekretariatsaufgaben
  • Du arbeitest im Team mit gegenseitiger Ferienvertretung (Mo – Fr, 8:00 – 17:00 ), was eine gewisse zeitliche Flexibilität voraussetzt.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Erfahrung im Empfang und der Administration
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, kommunikative und herzliche Persönlichkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Teamplayer mit einer proaktiven und lösungsorientierten Haltung und Flexibilität
