Für unseren Kunden in der Region Basel suchen wir nach Vereinbarung:

Mitarbeiter/in Hauswirtschaft oder Gebäudereinigung 80–100% (a)

Aufgaben: • Du reinigst unser Gebäude und unsere Anlagen im Innen- und Aussenbereich gründlich und zuverlässig. • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für ein Objekt und stellst sicher, dass Reinigungsarbeiten fachgerecht und termingerecht ausgeführt werden. • Du begleitest und unterstützt Menschen mit einer psychischen Beeinträchtigung bei ihrer täglichen Arbeit. • Du arbeitest strukturiert, förderst die Selbstständigkeit der betreuten Personen und sorgst für ein positives Arbeitsumfeld. • Gelegentlich unterstützt du unser Team auch an einem Samstagvormittag.

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Hauswirtschaft EFZ/EBA oder Gebäudereiniger/in EFZ/EBA
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B (zwingend)
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und flexible Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Sauberkeit, Ordnung und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Geduld, Empathie und Freude daran, Menschen anzuleiten und zu fördern
