Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Büro\-Team in Bern verstärkt und sich mit Freude um die Kundenberatung, Administration und Kursorganisation kümmert.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du berätst und betreust unsere Kund:innen per E\-Mail und Telefon – vom ersten Interesse bis zum Abschluss eines Kurses oder Lehrgangs.
  • Du begleitest Interessent:innen aktiv, erkennst ihre Bedürfnisse und unterstützt sie bei der der passenden Pilates oder FAMO Fascia Movement Aus\- oder Weiterbildung.
  • Du verwaltest Kursbuchungen, Buchungsänderungen und Zahlungen inklusive Mahnwesen.
  • Du organisierst unsere Kurse und Prüfungen und sorgst dafür, dass in den Studios alles bereitsteht.
  • Du kümmerst dich um Kursunterlagen, Büromaterial, Verkaufsmaterial und Postversände.

Das bringst du mit

  • Freude an der Kommunikation und Beratung von Menschen
  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Eine selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Freude an beratenden und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Interesse an Bewegung, Gesundheit und Erwachsenenbildung
