So sieht dein Alltag aus

  • Das Wohl unserer Kundinnen und Kunden liegt dir am Herzen \- gut! Denn die Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen gehört zu deinen Hauptaufgaben.
  • Du berätst Kundinnen und Kunden persönlich, am Telefon oder per E\-Mail – in sehr gutem Deutsch, gerne auch in einer weiteren Fremdsprache.
  • One Team: Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen und unterstützt sie bei der Adressbeschaffung, Leadbearbeitung und Terminierung.
  • Bei der Erledigung von diversen verkaufsbezogenen und administrativen Aufgaben hilfst du proaktiv mit.

Das bringst du mit

  • Das Wichtigste zuerst: Man merkt dir an, dass du gerne unter Menschen bist – du gehst offen auf sie zu und deine positive ist ansteckend.
  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im KV, im Detailhandel oder in einem anderen spannenden Beruf – wir sind da offen.
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrung in der Krankenversicherungsbranche und hast bereits das VBV\-Zertifikat erworben – und wenn nicht, unterstützen wir dich dabei.
  • Du kannst gut auf dein Gegenüber eingehen, hörst zu und liebst es, anderen zu helfen.
